How to Use
Recommended dose for adults is 4 tablets, 2 times a day for best results. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy.

Side Effects
Dr. Yu has been treating patients with this formula for many years with no serious side effects shown. There are a small number of people who may experience thin stool in the first week of using.
